Application Process for Admission to Malaysian Universities for Indian Students

A step-by-step guide for international students to enroll in universities or institutes in Malaysia is listed,

Research various courses and programs offered by universities in Malaysia.
Check the eligibility criteria and requirements to apply for the university of choice and fulfill those criteria.
Send an email to the desired university with details like current qualifications. The universities will take up to 3 to 5 working days to reply.
Prepare the required documents: 7 passport-size photographs, a valid passport with at least one-year validity, language proficiency certifications like IELTS, TOEFL, or C1 advanced, photocopies or transcripts of the academic results, general medical report, and application form.
On approval of the application, the students will receive an office copy, student’s copy, acceptance letter, payment advice form, accommodation booking form, arrival services form, and course fee refund policy.
Submit all the above documents to the Malaysian Immigration Department to apply for a student visa. The duration of the visa process can vary from 4 to 6 weeks.
Once the visa is approved, the Malaysian Immigration Department will send the approval letter to the e-mail of the students.
