Monash University was set up as a public research university in Melbourne, Australia, in 1958. Monash University Eligibility Criteria

Whether an international student is applying for a PG course or a UG program, they must appear for one of the English proficiency tests and score well. If an international student has applied for an IELTS test, they must score a minimum of 6.5. In a TOEFL iBT test, a student is expected to score at least 79.
