Aarhus University Accommodation 

The university housing has access to 500 rooms or flats in Aarhus, Herning, and Emdrup. Some rooms are only available for the students. Housing has almost 700 dormitories along with houses in sharing facilities. The university doesn’t own these. Instead, collaborate with the landlords on a contract basis. Students can specify their housing preferences or needs but cannot choose the dorm.

Aarhus University Cost

The tuition is free for EU, EEA, and Swiss students. However, for other students, the tuition fees range from €8,000 to €15,300 yearly. The application fee is $100 - $750.

Aarhus University Scholarship

The university offers a number of scholarship programs for deserving students outside Europe. Applicants liable to pay the fees for a study program are eligible to avail of the scholarship grants.

Danish state scholarships for non-EU/EEA students

It is a fully funded scholarship for students pursuing master’s degree programs. Only the non-EU students are eligible for the grant. The students can pursue a master’s degree program in natural sciences, arts, or technical sciences.

Global Education Programme - a new scholarship scheme for Russian applicants

Russian students pursuing master’s degrees can apply for the Russian federal or Global Education Programme.

Beasiswa Reguler LPDP (Indonesian scholarship scheme)

Indonesian students who apply for the master’s study program at the university can apply for the scholarship. It covers living costs, tuition fees, and support fees.

Loans and Grants for Canadian Student

The university has connections with Canadian tax authorities, and students with loan schemes can apply for a grant.

US Loans for American Students

The university participates in the direct loan program. American students in any degree program can get a US Federal loan via the loan program. Students should check the eligibility criteria before opting for it.

Aarhus University – International Postdoctoral Position in Gren Biorefining

The scholarship offers partial funding for international students for post-doctorate at the university. The eligible candidate will get a salary from the university as the Danish Ministry of Finance agrees upon it.
